My childhood best friend used her on more houses than most people live in, and he's referred her many times. I knew she would take good care of us. Janice did everything in her power to get our house sold knowing it was leading us to the house of our dreams. We dealt with obstacle after obstacle and she stayed cool and calm and helped us navigate all of it. She is an incredible realtor and a really enthusiastic person. She does everything she can for her clients and I have never had a better realtor. Janice is super friendly and down to earth. She is the only realtor I'll work with in the future. Janice was our fairy God realtor. She worked MAGIC to make this sell and our purchase happen. I don't think anyone else could have pulled it off. The appraiser was being the most difficult, our sellers were difficult, and she still found a way to work it out.Janice bent over backwards to sell our house and get us into our dream house. She really is a generous, resourceful and intelligent person. She has the eye of a house flipper and the contract skills of a lawyer. Most realtors wouldn't have been able to navigate what she did for us. If Janice can't get you into it, I don't anyone can.

I met Janice when I attended a seminar at emerge 2 years ago. Janice sent me regular emails throughout that time, what got my attention was her ability to help her clients purchase homes under list price. Janice is very knowledgeable, helpful, flexible, interactive, she takes immediate action. I feel she really understood me and what I was looking for.
